A big thank you to Scott and the team that came out yesterday to fix the collapsed pipes from the large tree roots. They worked very hard and did a great job. They also took the time to make sure the lawn was levelled back out and compacted after having to dig a big hole in the front yard. Thanks again, this is the second job they have done for us which included install our new cook top. Will definitely be using them again when needed and recommending them to others.

These guys are incredible, I had a list of urgent jobs , I called them and within just over 1 hour they were on the job, completed in 2 hours ,and their price was very reasonable . Have used Lakeside Plumbing and Gas a few times over the years. They have always been easy to deal with and their quality of work has been good. The tradesmen have also been extremely polite. The boss did the quote for one job and he was a nice guy as well.

From the moment the phone was answered, I was impressed with their service. I use O’brien plumbing to do my regular check’s at my commercial property. Firstly they are well priced. Plus well organised they do the report every time it is required by council and send it directly to them (with my permission). If you have a commercial property there are a few plumbers out there who think you must be loaded not a hard working local business so they over charge. Unfortunately this was my first couple of experiences with plumbers in Joondalup area. I’m so glad by chance I came across them. Thanks. Absolutly recommend the team here!

Stacey and her team came to the rescue when we developed a severe water leak on the retic master solenoid and the isolation valve was rusted open meaning we had to shut the main off. They attended very quickly even though they were flat out and did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Stacey was tremendously helpful and I will use Lakeside Plumbing and Gas for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Phil and his team were very professional and friendly. From the moment I requested a job, the team communicated frequently, were punctual and efficient. I had a number of leaking taps mended and was very pleased with the service. Will definitely engage their service again.

Organised with Andrea, for the install of a natural gas conversion kit into our new BBQ and to repair a minor leak for 7am. Anton arrived on time and carried out the work really quickly despite having to head out for a new part. Really nice guy and gave great advice on an issue with the historic location of the HWS relative to current Regs, and also the information to get hold of an ASCON flimsy of our foul water install. Finally I contacted Stacey in the office in paying the invoice which was clear and detailed the work and costs. All the staff I dealt with were professional and great to deal with. Would recommend and also use ongoing on any other issues that may arise Thanks very much

Had a new dishwasher delivered and needed to have plumber in attendance to disconnect old unit and fit the replacement. Choose O’ Brian to do the job and needed to carefully coordinate the plumbers time on site with the arrival of the new dishwasher. Everything went without a hitch and the work was professionally carried out to my satisfaction.
